After
traveling through Europe, Horacio
Deyá realized
he had a passion for European
culture and tradition and,
in 1985, he decided to found
a company to start his own
collection. It was during those
trips when he began to acquire,
through time, not only art
objects and collections, but
also European and continental
furniture belonging to the XVIII
and XIX centuries.
Javier
Deyá joined
the Company in 1994, as partner.
He has participated in the
refurbishment and formation
of private collections. Also
attracted by fine arts, he
gives advice on decoration
in varied projects, thus leaving
his mark, a mixture of antique
and middle-century furniture.
Examples of this characteristic
period in Buenos Aires are:
Maison Jansen, Comte, H. Betmalle
Germain, and Gauweloose, among
others.
